Job Overview: The Director, CRM Technology & Development will lead Crunch through the development of CRM technology. This role plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance operational efficiency and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in CRM technology leadership, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Location: Dallas, TX

Salesforce Administration:

Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the organization's unique needs.
Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity.
Implement and maintain automation processes using workflows, process builder, and flow.

Data Management:

Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce.
Develop and implement data migration strategies as needed.
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

User Support and Training:

Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
Develop and conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in Salesforce usage.

Integration and Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their needs and optimize Salesforce accordingly.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices.
Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience leading Salesforce CRM Technology, Development & Administration.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
Platform App builder Certification is preferred.
Platform Developer One is preferred.
Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Must be local and able to commute to Dallas, TX area.
