Job Overview: The Director, CRM Technology & Development will lead Crunch through the development of CRM technology.  This role plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance operational efficiency and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in CRM technology leadership, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Location: Dallas, TX 

Salesforce Administration:
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the organization's unique needs.
  • Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Implement and maintain automation processes using workflows, process builder, and flow.
 Data Management:
  • Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce.
  • Develop and implement data migration strategies as needed.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
 User Support and Training:
  • Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in Salesforce usage.
Integration and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their needs and optimize Salesforce accordingly.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and implement enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce CRM Technology, Development & Administration.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
  • Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
  • Platform App builder Certification is preferred.
  • Platform Developer One is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must be local and able to commute to Dallas, TX area.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
